1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & KYC

To use the full features of the 99x666 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 99x666. The creation of duplicate, linked, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

As part of 99x666's Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, you may be required to submit the following documentation before withdrawals are processed or higher deposit limits are granted:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence not older than three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

99x666 processes KYC documents in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99x666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency option is expressly provided. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99x666 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99x666, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, third-party payment processing failures, or reliance on any content published on the Platform. 99x666's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 99x666 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

99x666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
